1. POST
All our posts are made of aluminum and they are coated with PEF ultra violet polyester powder coating.
2. STEEL COATED DECK
Our decks are fabricated from reinforced steel plate and coated with PEF ultra violet polyethylene powder coating.
3. ROTATIONAL MOULDED POLYETHYLENE
Tube slide, slides, and panel holders are of rotationally molded linear medium density polyethylene & consist of ultraviolet (UV) stabilizers and color impregnation, with anti-static guard and their thickness is about 5.0mm averagely
4. ROOF
The roof is made from UV stabilized high-density polyethylene (HDPE) panels, and their thickness varies from 5mm to 12mm.
5. SPRING PLAY EQUIPMENT
5.1 SPRING RIDER
The body of the riders is fabricated from 10mm to 15mm thick high-density polyethylene (HDPE) panels. Spring coils used for the riders and galvanized & powder coated. They are 9.6mm thick, 400mm height & O.D. approximately 140mm.
5.2 SEESAW
The body of the riders is fabricated from 10mm to 15mm thick high-density polyethylene (HDPE) panels. Spring coils used for the riders and galvanized & powder coated. They are 9.6mm thick, 400mm height & O.D. approximately 140mm.
6. SWING
The beam is made of hollow section steel posts; size 38mm x 76mm while the swing legs are made of 48mm steel posts. They all galvanized and PEF ultra violet polyester powder coated. Swing chains are made of stainless steel and belt seats used are of steel plate covered with slash-proof EPDM.
7. PANEL
Our panels are made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and thickness varies from 10mm to 15mm. The panels are UV stabilized to ensure its durability and color stability.
8. STEEL COMPONENTS
All steel components including climbers are fabricated from steel pipe varies from O.D. 27mm to 48mm. They are welded by our experienced welders and then hot-dipped galvanized & powder coated.
9. HARDWARE AND FASTENER
All hardware and fastener (bolts, nuts, screws, washers and etc.) used are tampered resistant stainless steel. Exposed hardware shall be covered with ultraviolet stabilized plastic safety cap as a safety feature against the possible hazards.
